Sunday Sangha - Teahouse Open Day

Our Sunday sangha is our offering to the community to come together as a spiritual family, to feel, share, connect to the divine, to ourselves, to the land, and to one another and BE in full presence in the eternal moment of now.

Our intention is to be in an abundant flow state of giving and receiving. May you fill your cup with overflowing goodness to pour this healing energy into your life and environment.

Come, and remember who you are. Experience your natural state of loving, joyful being, experience a state of freedom, and connect to the depths of your being and of all that is.

Our Day Will Include:

Tea - Tea in Gong Fu Cha style will be served throughout the day; you are welcome to join the tea table before or after your session.

Music - Isaac will be offering his hearts rhythms through sound vibrations playing handpan, didgeridoos and harp.

Food - will be available throughout the day to keep you grounded and nourished

Zen Thai Sessions - 6 Zen Thai practitioners will be available for treatments. At the same time, the nectar of an experienced sound healer will pour into your cells, and the mighty sacred mountain of Wollombin will hold you dearly.

What is Zen Thai?

Zen Thai shiatsu is a healing art of sacred touch, a dance between two bodies and the Divine Essence, which integrates Zen shiatsu( meridians and acupressure points), Thai massage and osteopathic techniques.

Healing is much more than a physical experience. It is a sacred art, a way of living, requiring a holistic approach to fully thrive. The body is our starting point from where we can access deeper layers of our being.

A Zen Thai treatment aims to restore freedom to the structural and energetic bodies.

Through the integration of meridians, acupressure points, the 5 elements, tongue and pulse diagnoses, philosophy, utilising Ki( our life force) to maintain our body and mind in a state of perfect health and equilibrium, the beautiful meeting of ancient techniques and more modern

We aim to bring the modern, conditioned body ( physical and energetic) to a deep state of freedom and balance.

Focused intention, loving, aware touch, and knowledge allow profound outcomes, so body, mind and spirit can experience harmony, balance and vibrant health and wellbeing.

At Ecoasis we have our in-house Zen Thai therapist, Jahnavi who is available to our guests and day visitors for sessions daily. You will love her touch.

You can book your session with Jahnavi here.
