Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cash.

A security bond is required for all stays. Credit cards will be securely held on file, or a $350 pre-authorisation will be applied to debit cards and automatically released after departure, provided the chalet is left in accordance with our Property Guidelines.

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and incur a $90 administration fee.

Cancellations

All cancellations and booking changes must be submitted in writing to info@ecoasis.com.au.

  • More than 60 days before arrival – Full refund less the $90 administration fee.

  • 30–60 days before arrival – Payments are transferable to a new stay within six months (less the $90 administration fee).

  • Within 14 days of arrival – No refund or transfer available.

  • No-shows – The full booking amount will be forfeited.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance, as many policies cover unexpected cancellations, illness and emergencies.

Check-in & Departure

Guests must be 18 years or older to book and may be required to present photo identification.

To help us prepare for your stay, online self check-in must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes registering all overnight guests and day visitors. Late arrivals, pets and stay enhancements must be arranged and confirmed before arrival.

  • Check-in: From 2:00 pm

  • Check-out: By 10:00 am

Before departing, please:

  • Wash and put away dishes.

  • Leave the BBQ and refrigerator clean.

  • Remove rubbish to the bins near Reception.

  • Return borrowed DVDs.

  • Report any accidental damage.

  • Leave your key in the door and send us a message of your mini bar items.

Additional cleaning, repairs or replacement costs may apply where required.

Meals & Enhancements

All in-house meals, hampers and stay enhancements must be pre-booked and prepaid before arrival.
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.
Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

Health & Safety

For the safety of all guests, every person visiting the property, including day visitors, must be registered before arrival. All chalets are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas using the ashtrays provided. Cigarette butts must never be discarded on the property due to the extreme bushfire risk.

Length of Stay

Most chalets have a two-night minimum stay
Weekly and monthly rates are available for extended stays.
Single-night stays may occasionally become available between existing bookings—please contact us directly.

Additional Guests

All chalets are designed primarily for two guests, except Rangeview Spa, which accommodates up to four guests. Additional guest charges apply:

  • Infants & Children (0–12 years): Free
    Cot hire & / or linen hire $80 per stay

  • Guests aged 13 years and over: $90 per person, per night

Day visitors are welcome but must be registered before arrival.
Pets House-trained pets are welcome by prior approval only ($85 per stay).
